By booking a session with The Quinn Studio or N. Quinn Photography, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Session Fee and Payment
The session fee secures your date and time and is non-refundable. Final payment (if applicable) is due before or at the time of your session. Sessions are not considered confirmed until the session fee is received.
2. Cancellations and Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice. One reschedule is allowed at no additional cost. Rescheduling due to illness, weather, or emergencies will be handled on a case-by-case basis. The photographer reserves the right to reschedule in the event of illness, unsafe weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
3. Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time. Arriving late may shorten your session or result in reduced image variety. Sessions will end at the scheduled time to accommodate other clients.
4. Image Delivery
Edited images will be delivered via online gallery within 2–3 weeks of the session date, unless otherwise noted. The number of included images depends on the session type. Additional images or products may be available for purchase.
5. Image Selection and Editing
The photographer selects images for final delivery. Raw (unprocessed) files are not included or available. All editing and retouching are completed at the photographer’s discretion. Requests for additional retouching may incur an extra fee.
6. Copyright and Usage
All images remain the copyrighted property of The Quinn Studio / N. Quinn Photography. Clients receive a limited license for personal use only, which includes printing and sharing with friends and family. Images may not be used for commercial purposes or altered (including filters or edits) without written permission.
7. Model Release
By participating in the session, you grant the photographer the irrevocable right to use any images taken during your session for portfolio, website, social media, marketing, studio displays, publication, and promotional purposes, in both digital and printed form.
You understand that no compensation will be provided for such use and that you waive the right to inspect or approve the final images or marketing materials in which they appear.
If you have specific privacy concerns or restrictions, you must communicate them in writing prior to your session.
8. Liability
Every effort is made to provide a safe, enjoyable experience. However, the photographer is not responsible for personal injury, property loss, or damage during the session. Participation is voluntary and at your own risk.
9. Children and Safety
Parents and guardians are responsible for the behavior and safety of their children at all times. Please avoid bringing additional guests unless previously discussed.
10. Agreement
Booking a session and/or signing the client agreement signifies full acceptance of these terms and conditions. This agreement is binding and enforceable under applicable law.
